Sacha is our new Special Counsel, joining our Family Team at AWS Legal in Invercargill. With a wealth of experience in relationship property matters, contracting out agreements (aka “pre-nups”), and a variety of family-related queries including parenting arrangements, as well as wills, and elder law, Sacha is here to provide top-notch advice and support.
Throughout her extensive legal career, Sacha has also developed expertise in family trusts, charitable trusts, complex estates, and protecting vulnerable family members. She’s adept at navigating retirement village issues and resolving a wide range of family disputes. Sacha’s empathetic approach, combined with her practical and pragmatic advice, ensures that clients and their families receive the best possible guidance.
Based in our Invercargill office, Sacha also enjoys working remotely from Auckland. When she’s not revisiting her favourite spots on Stewart Island and in Fiordland, she is a committed member of the Guardians of Lake Manapouri, Te Anau, and Monowai.
