Megan Watt is our People and Capability Manager. Meg joins the firm after 6 years with H & J Smith Ltd where she honed her skills in strategic and operational HR functions, supporting many people through significant workplace change. Leading a large team of people across multiple branches, within multiple industries, makes Megan a perfect fit for our multi-faceted firm.
A born & bred Southlander, Meg has experience across many areas of commercial and business leadership in Otago and Southland, including Invercargill, Gore and her hometown of Te Anau.
In her own time Meg enjoys travelling, amateur photography, hiking & hunting with her husband, pampering the pet pooch, and hopes this year allows more time to resume her passion for salsa dancing.
